This site republishes public registers. Source by source: the licence it is published under, and the condition its publisher sets — read from the publisher's own terms page, on the date shown.

The `Opakowanie` column holds every package of a medicine inside a single string separated by newlines — barcode, dispensing category, sequence number, description. Unpacking it yields 79,240 package rows carrying 79,188 distinct EAN-13 barcodes, instead of 22,882 product rows. 67,803 of those codes are stored on fourteen characters with a leading zero; the real EAN-13 is the form without it. 99.99% of the codes have a valid check digit (eight are wrong in the source), which is what lets this site tell a visitor they mistyped rather than that the medicine is absent. ⚠️ AND ONE WIDELY REPEATED CLAIM IS FALSE. The Polish medicines agency and the pharmacy chambers write that the five digits after the prefix are the marketing authorisation number. Measured on the 71,896 codes for which the authorisation number is known, it matches in 7.8% of cases — false for ninety-two per cent of packages. The site says so, with the measurement, rather than repeating it. ⚠️ NO PERSONAL DATA IS INVOLVED: these are products.
