### Co dokładnie

Źródło to jeden CSV o 34 kolumnach, w którym wszystkie opakowania leku są
spakowane w jedno pole. My rozpakowujemy je na **79 240 wierszy**
— jeden na opakowanie, z kodem EAN, kategorią i opisem. Poniżej każde

The 5 fields marked ⚠️ **do not exist in the source** : we add them — a join, a normalisation, or a reconstructed history. That is the part a buyer cannot reproduce by downloading the official file.

### What is worth buying is the flow, not the stock

A published register is a state at one instant. What it does not publish is **the list of what has just changed** : every record carries its date, but nowhere can you ask for « everything that moved since 1990 ». To get it you have to re-read the whole file and diff it — every month.

About **0 leki a month** are recorded. That is the rate at which a snapshot ages, and it is why the subscription is listed first and the snapshot last.

- **Change feed — EUR 300 / month**Or EUR 3 000 a year. At every collection, what came in, went out or changed since the previous one. This is the part that does not age.
- **One slice — EUR 90 / month**The feed restricted to a single grupa ATC, for those who do not need the rest.
- **Full snapshot — EUR 4 000, once**The state of the register on the day of delivery, every field included. Listed last on purpose : a snapshot ages.

### Data sales

Alongside free consultation, this site offers datasets prepared from the
public register. **The pages of the site remain free ;** what
is charged for is the compilation work — extraction, reconciliation, dating and
formatting.

**Prices.** Prices are shown in EUR, before any tax that may
apply depending on where the buyer is established. They may change ; the
price that applies is the one shown at the time of the order.

**Ordering and payment.** No payment is taken on this site and
no bank details are entered here. Orders are placed by form or by e-mail ;
an invoice is issued separately and is payable by bank transfer. Delivery
follows payment unless agreed otherwise.

**Delivery.** By download link, as CSV and Parquet, with the
field dictionary and the collection date. For a subscription, at every
collection, for the period subscribed.

**What is guaranteed, and what is not.** We guarantee that the
data delivered matches what was collected from the source on the stated date,
and that the fields are those described. **We do not guarantee that the
source itself is complete or accurate** : the register is published
by a public body and we do not correct it. The data is supplied for information
and does not replace consulting the official register.

**If the delivery does not suit you.** Tell us within fourteen
days. If the delivery does not match what was described, it is corrected or
refunded. A subscription can be stopped at any time for the following period,
with no notice and no penalty.

**Re-use.** The underlying facts come from a public register and
belong to no one. What you buy is the prepared file : you may use it inside
your organisation and in your own products. Reselling the file as such, as a
competing product, is not covered.
